First, a note to characters who play vampires: while Anderson is capable of reaching a point where he mellows on his opinion of vampires, he will start out extremely hostile toward vampires and may attempt to kill any vampires he encounters. When starting out in a game, I'll generally avoid tagging vampires unless I'm certain they're comfortable with this kind of negative CR, and I'll always ask before Anderson tries to assault one. If a vampire tags him first, I'll take that as permission on the CR front (not the assault one! I'll always talk to you first), but feel free to rescind that at any time. 

Anderson will have a similar reaction to other unholy beings and it'll be much harder for him to mellow on his opinions of devils and demons. He's not incapable of it, especially in a place where he's forced to socialise with them, but his CR will remain heavily negative for a long time. 

So basically: if you want me to avoid tagging your character until Anderson mellows, I can do that. If you want to avoid Anderson altogether, I can do that too.

If you play an unholy being (or any sort of non-human who requires some effort to be noticed as such) and are open to CR with Anderson, then I'd like to know some things he may notice about your character! He's a hunter, so he has an eye for noticing odd details, like whether or someone breathes, if they have fangs, if they're unnaturally cold or pale, stuff like that. 

Anderson's also a highly religious character and religion will inevitably come up, and he's kind of parody of Catholicism, being as ridiculous and extra as he is. It's impossible to play him without reference to his being Catholic, so I'll understand if you want to opt-out or opt-out of him entirely or opt-out on certain aspects of his religion. He won't be transphobic or homophobic (unless it's internalised); he'll be polite toward people provided they aren't an unholy being or deliberately offensive, so no one needs worry about that.
